Case Status Information

Case Status Information is made available by:

  • On-line via the secure J&H website;
  • Secure E-mail to the record requestor;
  • Telephone – direct contact with the assigned Case Manager handling each request;
  • Data file transfers;

Case status detail includes consists of up to the minute detail concerning a specific request. This includes:

  • The J&H Case Manager who spoke with the facility;
  • The time and date the call was made;
  • A current update on the status of the request and when the client can expect the record to be received by J&H;
  • Scheduled next follow-up contact date.
